In today's demanding corporate environment, it is important to align the strategy, corporate culture, governance and legal aspects to minimise conflict and breakdown silos which can lead to fraud and unethical behaviour. Businesses which operate with a corporate culture of collaboration and ethics will perform better than their competitors in the medium to long term and help to avoid corporate failure and major fraud. The workshop will also enable delegates to perform at optimal levels and strive towards business excellence through integrated GRC, company secretarial and board development.

The corporate world is facing increased regulation and reporting requirements on environment, social and governance.
