This 3-day, ‘High Impact, Highly Relevant’ Innovation and Leadership Playshop/ Workshop will enable delegates identify key concepts of innovation and creative thinking. It includes gathering information, analysing your individual capacity for innovation and creativity, implementing creative ideas, and fostering creativity in the workplace. They will receive access to specialised & unique toolkits, frameworks and solutions that will help delegates to:

The Workshop is packaged as a modules of 6 hours each of direct engagement per day, including a ‘Talk Show’ on the last day where we will bring in a local thought leader who will talk about their experiences with Leadership and Innovation at the core and exploring the adjacent businesses and emerging business models.
